Marketplace Terms & Conditions
Welcome, Guest. These terms govern your access to and use of LegitAccounts as a buyer, supplier, visitor, or registered marketplace user.
1. Acceptance and Scope of These Terms
- By browsing, registering, listing a product, depositing funds, placing an order, delivering a product, opening a claim, or otherwise using LegitAccounts, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies referenced on this website.
- These terms apply to buyers, suppliers, visitors, registered users, orders, marketplace balances, support communications, and all activity conducted through the platform.
- The product description, delivery method, supplier notes, check or warranty period, and other conditions displayed before purchase form part of the terms of that specific order.
- If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the marketplace or complete a transaction.
2. Marketplace Role
- LegitAccounts operates as a digital buy-and-sell marketplace that connects independent buyers and suppliers.
- Unless a listing clearly states otherwise, the supplier is responsible for the product description, availability, delivery, stated warranty conditions, and product-specific representations.
- The platform may provide checkout, delivery tools, account balances, communication, evidence review, claim handling, and other marketplace services.
- Platform assistance in a dispute does not make LegitAccounts the supplier, owner, operator, or guarantor of every product listed by an independent supplier.
3. Registration and Account Security
- Users must provide accurate information and keep their marketplace contact details reasonably current.
- You are responsible for protecting your password, email account, verification codes, devices, and all other credentials used to access the marketplace.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless unauthorized access is promptly reported and verified.
- Do not sell, rent, transfer, share, or allow another person to misuse your marketplace login or impersonate you.
4. Listings and Supplier Obligations
- Suppliers must accurately describe the product, quantity, condition, location, format, included access information, delivery type, limitations, and any instructions the buyer must follow.
- A supplier using a check or warranty period different from the platform default must clearly display that exact period in the product details before purchase.
- Suppliers may only list products they are authorized and able to sell and deliver as described.
- Misleading, duplicated, previously sold, inaccessible, materially different, fraudulent, stolen, hacked, or unlawfully obtained products are prohibited.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
- An order is created when the buyer confirms the purchase and the required payment or marketplace balance is successfully accepted.
- Placing an order confirms that the buyer reviewed and accepted the listing details, price, delivery type, supplier conditions, and applicable check or warranty period.
- An order may be held, rejected, or cancelled before final delivery when payment cannot be verified, the product is unavailable, fraud is suspected, or a material listing error is discovered.
- Availability is not guaranteed until the order is accepted and the product is allocated or delivered.
6. Prices, Deposits and Payments
- Prices and any applicable fees are shown before purchase. The minimum marketplace deposit is $15.00 unless a different minimum is displayed on the payment page.
- Cryptocurrency deposits are credited after the required blockchain confirmations. Network congestion, confirmation speed, and external wallet processing are outside the platform's control.
- Users must send only the supported currency and network shown during payment. Funds sent through an incorrect address, currency, chain, or network may be delayed or permanently unrecoverable.
- Marketplace balance is intended for platform transactions and may be subject to verification, fraud checks, restrictions, or withdrawal limitations disclosed elsewhere on the website.
7. Product Delivery and Inspection
- Products marked as instant delivery may be released automatically after confirmed payment. Manual products are delivered according to the timeframe and method shown in the listing.
- Delivery is considered completed when the product, file, credentials, or access information is made available through the marketplace or an approved support channel.
- The buyer must inspect the delivered product immediately and compare it with the order before modifying, using, transferring, or reselling it.
- Estimated delivery times may be affected by supplier response, verification, technical problems, payment confirmation, or other circumstances outside the platform's reasonable control.
8. Warranty and Check Period
- If the supplier states a warranty period or check time in the product details, that exact period governs replacement and refund claims for that product.
- If the supplier does not state any warranty or check period, the platform provides a default warranty of 48 hours from delivery.
- A supplier-defined period may be shorter or longer than 48 hours. The buyer is responsible for reviewing the period before ordering and submitting a complete claim before it expires.
- Starting a support conversation does not pause or extend the applicable period unless support confirms an extension in writing.
9. Replacements, Refunds and Store Credit
- When a valid claim is approved, the normal first resolution is an equivalent working replacement.
- A refund may be considered when the reported issue is verified and a suitable replacement is unavailable or cannot be provided within a reasonable period.
- Approved refunds are normally issued to the user's marketplace balance or as store credit unless support confirms another method.
- No refund is due solely because the buyer changed their mind, selected the wrong product, ignored the listing, or used, altered, transferred, resold, damaged, or exposed the delivered product.
10. Claims, Evidence and Dispute Review
- A claim must include the Order ID, affected product, a clear explanation, and unedited screenshots or screen recordings showing the complete issue.
- Buyers must not repeatedly attempt access or change credentials, recovery information, security settings, profile data, or linked contact information while a claim is being reviewed.
- Support may consider listing terms, supplier records, delivery logs, payment status, login evidence, communications, technical data, and user history.
- False claims, edited evidence, chargeback abuse, misleading information, or refusal to cooperate may result in claim rejection and account restrictions.
11. Buyer Responsibilities and Product Use
- Buyers must read the complete listing and ensure the product is suitable for their intended lawful purpose before purchase.
- The buyer is responsible for securing delivered credentials, files, recovery information, devices, internet connection, and any third-party tools used after delivery.
- Restrictions or losses caused by buyer activity, unsupported automation, unsafe login behavior, poor security, proxy or VPN problems, third-party software, or violation of another platform's rules are not covered unless the listing expressly states otherwise.
- The buyer may not use a purchased product to commit fraud, harm another person, violate applicable law, or interfere with a third-party service.
12. Prohibited Products and Conduct
- Stolen, hacked, unlawfully obtained, fraudulent, malicious, unauthorized, or otherwise illegal products and services are prohibited.
- Malware, phishing, credential theft, payment fraud, deceptive documents, spam infrastructure, harmful access, or products intended to attack another person or system are prohibited.
- Users must not manipulate orders, reviews, transactions, promotional credits, evidence, supplier metrics, or marketplace features.
- Moving an active marketplace transaction off-platform to avoid fees or protections is prohibited, and off-platform arrangements are not covered by marketplace support or refund procedures.
13. Third-Party Platforms and No Performance Guarantee
- Digital products may depend on independent websites, social networks, payment services, email providers, blockchain networks, software, or other third-party systems.
- LegitAccounts and suppliers do not control third-party policy changes, outages, security checks, algorithms, restrictions, suspensions, or future account decisions.
- Unless expressly stated in the listing, no guarantee is made regarding future lifespan, audience growth, advertising approval, revenue, performance, reach, or continued availability on a third-party platform.
- Users are responsible for reviewing and following any applicable third-party terms and legal requirements.
14. Fees, Taxes and Records
- The marketplace may charge supplier fees, transaction fees, processing costs, withdrawal fees, or other charges that are displayed or communicated through the relevant platform feature.
- Users are responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, duties, or other government charges applicable to their purchases, sales, income, or marketplace activity.
- LegitAccounts may keep transaction, payment, delivery, claim, communication, and security records as reasonably necessary for operations, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal compliance.
- Users should retain their own order confirmations and relevant transaction records.
15. Enforcement, Suspension and Termination
- LegitAccounts may request verification, hold an order, remove a listing, limit features, suspend activity, or restrict an account when fraud, abuse, legal risk, payment risk, or a security concern is reasonably suspected.
- Serious misconduct or repeated violations may result in permanent restriction and loss of marketplace privileges.
- Account restriction does not cancel legitimate payment obligations, completed orders, supplier responsibilities, or rights that must continue under applicable law.
- Where reasonably possible, support may provide information about the restriction, but security or legal considerations may limit the details that can be disclosed.
16. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- The marketplace and its services are provided on an "as available" basis, subject to the specific commitments expressly stated in a listing or approved support resolution.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LegitAccounts is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from marketplace use, third-party platforms, user conduct, or products supplied by independent sellers.
- Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the amount paid for the affected order or the minimum amount required by applicable law, whichever is greater.
- Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
17. Changes to Services and Terms
- Marketplace features, payment methods, fees, policies, security requirements, and these Terms & Conditions may be updated when reasonably necessary.
- The version published on the website applies from its stated publication or update date.
- Material changes may be communicated through the website, account interface, email, or another reasonable method.
- Continued use of the marketplace after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Existing claims remain subject to the listing and policies applicable to the relevant order, unless a change is required by law or agreed in writing.
18. General Legal Provisions
- If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not permanently waive the right to enforce it later.
- Headings are provided for convenience and do not limit the meaning of these terms.
- These terms work together with the Marketplace Rules, Replacement & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and product-specific conditions displayed before purchase.
Questions About These Terms
- Contact support before ordering when a listing, payment method, delivery condition, supplier warranty, replacement rule, or refund condition is unclear.
- For an existing order, include the Order ID and relevant evidence so support can review the matter efficiently.
- Support communications or exceptions are binding only when confirmed through an authorized marketplace support channel.
