Selling on LegitAccounts

LegitAccounts operates the marketplace and order process, while approved suppliers list and deliver the products they sell. This guide explains how seller access works, what you are responsible for, how orders move through the marketplace, and where to get help.

Seller access is invite-only. Seller accounts are for approved suppliers and new supplier registration requires an invite code. If you need access, contact support.
Marketplace roles

What selling here means

Buyers purchase through the LegitAccounts marketplace. Sellers provide the listed product and are responsible for keeping the listing, stock, delivery details, and order communication accurate.

LegitAccounts marketplace

Provides the marketplace order flow, holds buyer payment through the escrow process, supports order review and disputes, and provides seller account tools.

Your role as a seller

List only products you are authorized to sell, describe them accurately, keep stock current, deliver what was advertised, and cooperate when an order needs support or review.

Seller onboarding

How selling works

The seller path follows the existing supplier system, from invite-based access through listing management, delivery, inspection, and payment release.

  1. 1

    Get approved supplier access

New seller registration requires an invite code. If you do not already have supplier access, contact support for the current onboarding route.

  2. 2

Register and open the Seller Dashboard

After registration, use the Seller Dashboard to manage products, stock, sales, withdrawals, and seller notifications.

  3. 3

    List the product accurately

Provide clear product information and delivery details. Keep the description and available stock consistent with what the buyer will actually receive.

  4. 4

Buyer places an order through LegitAccounts

The buyer purchases through the marketplace checkout flow. Buyer payment is held through the marketplace escrow process while the order is completed.

  5. 5

    Deliver exactly as described

Provide the correct account or digital product, including the access information stated in the listing, and deliver within the advertised timeframe.

  6. 6

    Inspection, payment release, or review

After delivery, the buyer has up to 48 hours to inspect the delivered account. If the order is confirmed, payment is released through the marketplace process. If an issue is reported in time, the dispute process applies.

Listing quality

What you need to provide

Clear information reduces buyer confusion and gives the marketplace a reliable record if an order later needs review.

  • Accurate product details. Describe the product truthfully and avoid false claims, hidden conditions, or misleading information.
  • Correct delivery information. State the access details and delivery expectations that match the product being sold.
  • Current stock. Keep inventory updated so buyers do not order products that are not available.
  • Authorized products only. List only digital products you own or are authorized to sell through the marketplace.
  • Timely delivery. Deliver within the timeframe shown to the buyer and communicate promptly if support is needed.
  • Useful order evidence. Keep relevant delivery proof and information available in case support needs to review a dispute.
Seller expectations

Seller rules and responsibilities

These standards are based on the seller rules already present on this page. They are presented here in one place so the requirements are easier to scan and follow.

  • Do not list prohibited products or products that violate marketplace policies, laws, or applicable platform requirements.
  • Keep listings clear, truthful, complete, and consistent with the product that will be delivered.
  • Avoid duplicate listings that confuse buyers and keep product inventory up to date.
  • Deliver within the advertised timeframe and provide the same product details promised in the listing.
  • Communicate professionally with buyers and marketplace support during an active order.
  • Cooperate with order reviews and provide relevant delivery proof, screenshots, or other requested information.
  • Do not use fake details, exaggerated claims, unauthorized products, or misleading delivery conditions.
  • When an order issue qualifies for review, follow the marketplace dispute or replacement process that applies to that order.
Replacement and refund outcomes are handled through marketplace policy. If a buyer reports an issue within the applicable order period, cooperate with support and provide the relevant listing, delivery, and communication evidence. For buyer-facing replacement terms, see the existing Replacement Policy.
Orders and escrow

What happens after you receive an order

The seller should focus on accurate delivery and evidence. The marketplace handles the order flow around payment holding, buyer inspection, and dispute review.

Normal order completion

Deliver the product as listed. The buyer has up to 48 hours to inspect the delivered account. When the buyer confirms the order, payment is released through the marketplace process.

If the buyer reports a problem

The marketplace may review the listing, delivery details, communication, and evidence from both sides before a final dispute decision. Sellers should respond promptly and provide relevant proof.
