Replacement & Refund Policy
Welcome, Guest. Please review the applicable check period immediately after delivery.
Which Warranty Period Applies?
- If the supplier has stated a warranty period or account check time in the product details, that exact period applies to all replacement and refund claims for that product.
- If no warranty period or check time is stated in the product details, the platform provides a default warranty of 48 hours.
- The applicable period starts when the product is delivered, released, or made available in the buyer's account or order page.
- A supplier-defined period may be shorter or longer than 48 hours. Buyers must review the product details before purchasing and submit any claim before the stated period expires.
Issues Eligible for Review
- Credentials are invalid at the buyer's first login attempt.
- The delivered product is locked, disabled, or inaccessible before the buyer has successfully used it.
- The delivered product type, quantity, or key specification is materially different from the product listing.
- Required login details or included access information are missing from the delivery.
Your Check-Time Responsibility
- Check the product as soon as it is delivered; do not wait until the final hours of the applicable warranty period.
- Confirm that the credentials, product type, quantity, location, format, and other listed specifications match the order.
- A claim submitted after the applicable supplier period or the default 48-hour period has expired may be rejected.
- Opening a support conversation does not extend or pause the warranty unless support confirms an extension in writing.
Evidence Required
- Provide the Order ID and identify the exact product affected by the issue.
- Send a clear screenshot or screen recording showing the full error, relevant page, and visible date or time where possible.
- Describe the first login attempt, the steps taken, and the exact message received.
- Support may request additional evidence needed to verify delivery status, product condition, or supplier responsibility.
Claims Not Normally Covered
- Issues reported after the applicable warranty or supplier check period has expired.
- Problems caused after the buyer changes credentials, recovery details, security settings, profile information, or linked contact details.
- Restrictions, suspensions, or losses caused by buyer activity, misuse, unusual login behaviour, unsupported tools, or failure to follow product instructions.
- Claims without sufficient evidence, claims for a product already used or transferred, or claims where the delivered information has been altered.
How to Submit a Claim
- Contact support before the applicable claim period expires and include all required evidence in the first message.
- Do not repeatedly attempt access, change account information, or perform actions that may alter the product while the claim is being reviewed.
- Keep the delivered data confidential and cooperate with reasonable verification requests from support or the supplier.
- Incomplete claims may remain pending until the requested information is provided, but the original submission must still be made within the applicable period.
Replacement & Refund Resolution
- Each claim is reviewed against the product details, delivery records, submitted evidence, and the applicable supplier or platform warranty period.
- For an approved claim, a valid replacement is normally offered first.
- A refund may be approved when a valid replacement is unavailable, cannot be delivered within a reasonable period, or support determines that a refund is the appropriate resolution.
- Refunds are not automatic and are not available solely because the buyer changed their mind after delivery.
Important Marketplace Notice
- LegitAccounts is a buy-and-sell marketplace. Product-specific conditions may vary by supplier, so the warranty or check time displayed in the product details is part of the purchase terms.
- Where the supplier has not stated any warranty or check period, the platform's 48-hour default warranty applies automatically.
- Submitting a claim does not guarantee approval. Support must first confirm that the issue existed within the applicable period and was not caused by the buyer.
- Any attempt to provide false, edited, incomplete, or misleading evidence may result in rejection of the claim and additional account action.
